Warranty and returns
Lautrop & Uhre offers a two-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act covering production and material defects, during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover defects, damages, wear and tear due to misuse, poor maintenance, violence or other damage caused to the product. Complaints regarding defects discovered during normal inspection of the goods must be reported to email@example.com within a reasonable time. Max. 2 months from receipt of the goods is considered a reasonable time. The goods can then be returned for repair, exchange or credit by appointment. Lautrop & Uhre keeps the cost of returns low in case of complaints.
There is a 14-day return policy on all items purchased on the Internet. The right to return is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt.
To return Lautrop & Uhre items, the purchased jewellery product must be returned in the same condition as on receipt, in our original jewellery box or bag and in unused condition.
If your purchased item was customized in any way, it cannot be returned.
It is also a requirement for the return of the item that it is sent by registered and insured parcel post. Return shipping costs will not be returned.
If you want to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will provide you with the necessary information.
A refund will be paid to the source from which the item was purchased.
